Principle III: Community Collaboration

An involved community helps to ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to excel in and out of the classroom. Stakeholder involvement will be systematically cultivated.

Goals
1. One hundred percent of schools will implement Home/School/Community Councils with representation from school leadership, teachers, parents, and community

2. Community confidence in the St. Louis Public Schools will improve through the regular convening of public forums and the dissemination of clear and concise District information and transparent financial reports

3. Each school will develop at least one partnership with a community or corporate body in support of its curricular and/or extra-curricular offerings
