Goals
1. The District will develop and maintain a balanced budget which allows it to execute its overall vision and goals

2. Academic and operational support services to schools will be timely, appropriate, and supportive of the instructional priorities for St. Louis Public Schools students

3. Student achievement and other performance indicators will be measured, aligned with a long-range strategic plan and made public in timely reports

4. The operations of each St. Louis Public Schools department will be driven by the District’s strategic plan and include an annual review of organizational impact and worker productivity
