A fair and flexible funding strategy and educational choice will provide students with access to a high-quality education.

Goals
1. One hundred percent of schools will have equity in facilities, programs, resources and staffing

2. One hundred percent of District principals, teachers, and paraprofessionals will be highly qualified and trained and will receive competitive salaries

3. All St. Louis Public Schools students will have access to school choice that includes a wide array of high quality educational programs and extra-curricular activities

4. A fair and flexible funding strategy will ensure equity across schools and educational choice will consider student needs, school operating costs and equal access to high quality teachers.
