District & Title I Preschools

An early learning program conducted in full day classes, Monday through Friday

Priority for acceptance is given in the following order:

First priority is given to five (5) year old children who missed kindergarten entry due to the state age requirement of turning five (5) years of age before August 1st ;
Children turning four (4) years old before August 1st ;
Children turning three (3) years old before August 1st ;
Children must live in the city of St. Louis;
Children must have immunization record which complies with state requirements; and
Children must have a valid birth certificate.

Preschool centers are located in public elementary school buildings throughout the city.
