To register for school bring the following:

• Proof of residence (driver’s license, lease agreement or unpaid utility bill)

• Child’s birth certificate or other legal document with date of birth (I-94, passport, etc.)

• Immunization records

Student needs to register only one time when first entering the St. Louis Public Schools. Transition from elementary to middle - high school is an automatic process. Students only need to register again if they leave and return to the district.
