If you do not enroll by November 24, you will automatically be enrolled in default Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Life Insurance Plan coverage, as shown in the chart below. In addition, you will not be able to make changes to your benefits until open enrollment for the 2008 benefits plan – unless you have a change in status or experience another qualified event under which election changes are allowed.
