high cost brand drugs with over-the-counter (OTC) and generic
alternatives. The OTC program will cover over-the-counter equivalents
of high cost and highly utilized drugs in the following three

and Antihistamines (e.g., brand drug Clarinex; OTC drug Claritin).
The program will feature a zero ($0) co-pay for members able
to use an OTC alternative with a physician’s prescription.
New Rates for Supplemental Life Insurance
Premium rates decreased by 6% for supplemental term life insurance.
Same Rates for Dental Insurance
Monthly contributions for Guardian and St. Louis Dental Services
