The Board also maintains for its employees medical reimbursement
and dependent care flexible spending account programs and an
Employee Assistance Program. Those who request assistance from
the Board’s Human Resources Division with respect to
benefit claims or issues under the Medical Reimbursement Program
Under Flexible Spending Account Plan or the Employee Assistance
Program may be asked to sign a waiver authorizing Board Human
Resources staff to discuss their benefit issues with ADP (the
third party administrator) in connection with the Flexible
Spending Account Plan or Provident Counseling in connection
with the Employee Assistance Program. Waiver forms are available
from the Human Resources Division or by checking the lines
below.
