St. Louis Superintendent Diana Bourisaw Releases Statement In Response to Court Ruling

St. Louis – Dr. Diana Bourisaw, superintendent of the St. Louis Public Schools, has issued a statement regarding today’s decision by the Cole County Circuit Court. The St. Louis Board of Education sought a temporary restraining order blocking state intervention. Bourisaw said:

“I am here for the children in the St. Louis Public School system. We owe our students stability. I will stay and continue to work regardless of the governance structure.”
