is hosting the National Forensic League Tournament from 8:00
a.m. until 3:30 p.m. tomorrow, Feb. 10, at the school located

The National Forensic League tournament provides high school
students the opportunity to hone their debate and public speaking
skills.
Harold Kumke, a 24-year teacher of St. Louis Public Schools,
is the conference coordinator and Soldan’s speech coach. “Mr.
Kumke has won regional, state and national teaching awards
and has coached our students to National Forensic League tournaments,” said

speaking skills are so important for our students to master,” he
said. “It helps prepare them for productive futures.”
