GATEWAY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY CLASS OF 2010 PLEDGE TO GRADUATE
Former Rams Player to motivate students to stay in school

( St. Louis, MO)—The freshmen class of Gateway Institute of Technology is making a commitment now to graduate in 2010. A special graduation commitment ceremony for the class of 2010 will be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, November 16, at the school, 5101 McRee. The purpose is to encourage students not only to graduate but also to prepare for future success beyond high school.

Former Ram’s tight end Roland Williams will bring the keynote address. “Each student will walk across the stage to receive a special scroll and sign a pledge to graduate,” said principal Kathryn Pillar. “They will have their pictures taken and their signed pledge will hang on the wall. The school’s
staff will be dressed in their full academia regalia.

William’s Youth Lifeline Foundation’s mission is to teach youth valuable skills necessary
to become productive citizens. The foundation includes celebrity athletes, entertainer
