HOLIDAY CONCERT THIS SUNDAY FEATURES SLPS STUDENTS
Songs from a recently released CD of the YMCA Boys Choir to be highlighted

(St. Louis, MO)—The Monsanto YMCA will present the 12th Annual Holiday Concert featuring St. Louis Public School male students from Clark, Simmons and Adams elementary schools. The concert, which features songs from a recently released CD recorded by the YMCA Boys Choir, will take place at 6:00 p.m. this Sunday, Dec. 3, at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, 3633 Lindell Blvd. Tickets for the event are $6 for children and $12 for Adults

Superintendent Dr. Diana Bourisaw and Michael Johnson, Vice President of the Monsanto YMCA, will make opening remarks for the event.

“Many SLPS students, including these very talented boys, are affiliated with the YMCA’s after-school programs,” said Dr. Diana Bourisaw, Superintendent. “We appreciate the positive activities the Monsanto YMCA and other local agencies provide for children throughout the metropolitan area,” she added.

“This year’s concert, as in past years, will provide wonderful holiday entertainment for the community while showcasing the many talents of the children who participate at the Monsanto YMCA,” said John Suggs, Director of Urban Services at the Monsanto YMCA.
