OPEN HOUSE FOR SLPS MAGNET SCHOOLS SET FOR DECEMBER 5
(Wednesday, November 29, 2006) – The St. Louis Public
Schools will hold a second open house for its magnets schools
on Tuesday, Dec. 5, during regular school hours. Parents who
are interested in sending their child to a magnet school will
have an opportunity to talk to administrators, ask questions
regarding the specialty programs, and receive free literature.
“We think it is important for parents to visit during
school hours,” said Louis Kruger, Executive Director
of Business Operations. “It gives them an understanding
of our curriculum and how students are adapting to their learning
environment.”
