STUDENTS AND STAFF PAUSE TO RECALL TERROR ATTACKS
(St. Louis, MO)—Students and staff of Carnahan High
School School of the Future will pause to remember the 9/11
terror attacks on U.S. soil. The special ceremony will be held
at 7:30 a.m., Monday, Sept. 11, on the school grounds, 4041
South Broadway.
“We hope this event will help capture the significance
of that day and at the same time serve as a teaching moment
for our young people about the importance of American history
and how it affects us all,” said principal Dr. Alice
Roach. “We are saluting our parents and others who serve
as policemen, firefighters, paramedics, and armed forces.”
