1. Print the application.
2. Fill out the application.
3. Contact Jo Ann Reese (314-345-2551/
jreese@slps.org)
or Kesha Chatman (314-345-2517/ kesha.chatman@slps.org to
make arrangements to submit the application by fax 314-345-2663
and submit all required documents in person at 801 N. 11th
Street, 3rd Floor-Technology Services.
All course selections will be verified by district staff with
the home school guidance counselor before the enrollment process
is complete.
