Jambo!

I am Mwalimu Fashon' Simpson, your School Social Worker for the 2020-2021 school year! This is my first year at SLPS and I am ready, willing and able to serve.

My role is to assist with the social and emotional needs of students, families and teachers here at Pamoja. I received my both of my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work; undergraduate from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University and graduate from University Missouri of St. Louis. I look forward to working with you all in different capacities and really being what I needed as a child to the students and families I'll service.

My time is split between AESM L'Ouvurture and Pamoja. I am at Pamoja M, W and every other Friday and AESM T, TH and every other Friday. Due to the difficult times we have right now, I am physically located at Pamoja for the ISC; however I will be serving both schools. If you are in need of resources or have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

Need to speak with Ms. Simpson? Fill out the form so I can serve you.
