Welcome to the Buckaroo’s PreKindergarten Room

Hello Parents and Students,

Welcome to our classroom! My name is Mrs. Angela Walker and I will be your child’s prekindergarten teacher this year.  This school year will be filled with many new experiences and learning for your child. On the first day of school, your child will meet many new friends. They will also get to explore some of the learning centers in our room, help establish classroom rules, read books, and sing some songs. Later in the year, we will go on field trips to exciting places and learn exciting things. They will also explore various science experiments, become a reader, and work with numbers.

I am looking forward to a great year, one filled with lots of learning opportunities and adventures!  Thank you in advance for your support this upcoming school year! Attached you will find a list of classroom items that will need to be brought on the first day of school. Please make sure your child wears the Buckaroo tag each day during the first week of school.  If your child will be riding the bus, make sure their bus letter is in their book bag.
