    Biography: Mr. Dorries holds a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Lindenwood University, a B.S. in Music Education from Webster University and an A.A. in Communication Arts/Broadcasting from St. Louis Community College. He currently holds Missouri administrative certifications as Secondary Principal (Grades 7-12) and Elementary Principal (Grades K-8) as well as Missouri teaching certifications in K-12 Instrumental Music, Gifted Education, and AP Music Theory. Mr. Dorries is the McKinley Fine and Related Arts Department Chairperson. The 2018-19 school year will be Mr. Dorries seventeenth year as McKinley's Band Director. He specializes in woodwind and percussion instruction, teaches privately when possible, and resides in Webster Groves, Missouri with his wife Trisha and housecats Tigerlily and Pearl.
