• Brainstorming and St. Louis City Public School Partnerships needed
We can make a difference for youth in our city when we support young students by tutoring and mentoring; supporting the teachers and parents; helping with cleanup projects, among other things.
At November's monthly SLPS Pastor's Breakfast, Deacon Jan O'Neil from St. Timothy's, and All Saints' Church in St. Louis' priest Michael Dunnington met with SLPS superintendent Dr. Kelvin Adams (all pictured here). St. Louis Public Schools have just received provisional certification from the State of Missouri and morale is up.

A number of our parishes already have partnerships. Can we do more?

If you have ideas or are interested in partnership models used by diocesan parishes currently, please contact O'Neil, Dunnington, or the Rev. Marylen Stansbury at St. John's Church, Tower Grove. Karen Hylton, Community Outreach Coordinator (314-345-4689), is the contact at the city schools.

Your parish can make a difference!
