• Second annual Go! St. Louis Dr. Seuss Day next Friday

    ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The second annual Go! St. Louis Dr. Seuss Day will be held Friday, March 1.

    Forty-eight Saint Louis Public Schools will participate in a special story time of "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" and Seuss-inspired physical education activities.

    Mayor Francis Slay, Energizer CEO Ward Klein, AT&T-Missouri President John Sondag, President of the St. Louis Public Library Foundation Rick Simoncelli, and St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson will be among the read ambassadors invited.

    Dr. Seuss Day is part of the Go! St. Louis Read, Right & Run Marathon, which challenges students through eighth grade to read 26 books, perform 26 good deeds, and run 26.2 miles over a period of six months.
