Hey Shenandoah! My name is Zachary Diel and I am the PE/Health teacher here at school. Physical Education & Health at Shenandoah focuses on the WHY behind physical activity and the habits we want to have. Throughout the year, we will be engaging in various units that will allow students to learn life skills such as team work, honesty, and respect. We will understand how our body is affected through physical activity and search for ways to become healthier in our every-day lives. I am looking forward to working with our students to achieve a healthier lifestyle and increase their enjoyment of physical activity!
