Welcome to Third Grade!

My name is Madeline Galdamez and this is my fifth year as a third grade teacher here at Mullanphy! This currently serve as the reading teacher for the whole third grade team. I grew up between Nebraska and New York, and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a dual undergraduate degree in Cross Categorical Special Education k-12 and Elementary 1-6. I then graduated from University of Missouri, Saint Louis with my masters degree in Elementary Education and my Reading Specialist certification. I am now working towards earning my PhD in Educational Policy and Reform. I've worked in school districts in Nebraska, New York, and now Missouri. I am so happy to be here with your children, and to foster a love of learning and exploring in and out of the classroom. 

I am so excited to get to know your children and learn along side them! Third grade is a big year, and I promise to make it a fun one full of exploration. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have.
