Goddess Ma'at

  • Ma'at was the rule of law, moral, aastrnd justice among the ancient Kemetic people and the devine cosmological order within their mythology, astronomy, and 

    astrophysical studies.  Under Kemet cosomlogy Ma'at is designed to advert chaos (Isfet) and maintain truth (Ma'at) the symbol for truth, justice, balance, and order.

    The iconography of Ma'at in the heiroglyphs depict the single ostrich feather which was worn atop Goddess Ma'at's head.  During the reign of Pharaoh Menes around 2925 B.C.E.

    after the unification of upper and lower Kemet archaelogist found evidence of the administration of the 42 Laws of Ma'at among the Kemetic people.
