• Summer Learning: Strive to stay active over Summer Break by consistently participating in physical activity. Some excellent ideas are listed below; follow the links and decide what activity best suits you. You can go to our Oak Hill YouTube page and participate in past exercise routines, spend 30 minutes on GoNoodle, explore the body systems on InnerBody, participate in other YouTube exercise routines, or choose to give your brain a work out by reading a book.

    Whatever you choose to do, remember to be physically active for at least 30-minutes a day, at least 3 days a week. It's imperative we keep our mind, and our body, healthy during 2020. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me using my contact information listed. Have a great summer!
