Hello! I am Ms. Melissa Johnson, one of the Pre-K classroom teachers at Stix ECC.
I was born and raised on the Illinois side of St. Louis and graduated from Cahokia School District before continuing my education at Southwestern Illinois College and Harris Stowe State University. I joined the Stix ECC family in 2015 school year and have taught both special education and general education preschool classes.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my dogs, my family, doing yoga, going to concerts, anything/everything Disney, traveling to see friends (especially in Nashville and Chicago!), and wandering around Target.
