Welcome back all!

This webpage is here to help guide you as we navigate virtual learning this quarter. Located in the various tabs to the left you will find links to Microsoft Teams, my daily schedule, weekly lesson plans (also known as "virtual playlists"), and helpful resources/links. All of the important information you'll need is both here and in Microsoft Teams. Please feel free to navigate through my page and contact me if you have any questions! I look forward to meeting you!

This is my first year teaching at AESM and I could not be more excited to dive in to important social studies topics with all of you!

Originally from California, I graduated from Mizzou after double-majoring in History and Classics-Greek. After moving to St. Louis, I decided that I wanted to become a classroom teacher. This past spring, I graduated from Washington University with my Master's in Teaching. I am passionate about evaluating historical topics critically and empowering students to make informed conclusions through their studies. I love to learn, and if you're one of my students, I hope to encourage you to gain a love of learning as well!

When I'm not reading/preparing to teach social studies, you can find me watching old women's gymnastics videos on YouTube, cuddling with my cat Bronny, or playing board games with my husband.

Though the 20-21 school year is going to be like nothing we could have ever imagined, I am looking forward to adapting to these challenges as a collective and having a great school year with you all!!
