Healthy Habits of a Middle School Student!
Healthy Habit 1: Hygiene. Students will be put in groups that will then research and make powerpoints to teach their classmates about different hygiene routines.
Healthy Habit 2: Eating a nutritious diet! Students will navigate the Choose My Plate Website to get more familiar with what foods are good for their health and well-being.
Healthy Habit 3: Physical Health: Students will learn about the digestive and skeletal system in relation to nutrition and physical fitness. We will discuss the benefits of physical activity on the body.
Healthy Habit 4: Social Health: Students will learn different communication styles and effective communication skills.
