Lead and hemoglobin screenings are provided free of charge by appointment, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 1520 Market Street, Suite 4051, 63103. The service is provided for St. Louis City residents who are 6 months to 6 years old. The parent/guardian giving consent will need to show a picture ID.
