The Network Superintendent partners with principals to ensure every student experiences high levels of learning, care, and opportunity. With a strong focus on student achievement and well-being, the role centers on coaching and developing school leaders as reflective, effective instructional leaders who foster inclusive, engaging, and academically rigorous school communities. 

Serving as both a leadership coach and evaluator, the Network Superintendent supports principals through goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluation that promotes continuous growth and accountability for student outcomes. The Network Superintendent provides meaningful professional learning for school leaders, strengthens instructional practice, and uses data to guide improvement efforts. In close collaboration with district teams, the Network Superintendent helps principals navigate central office systems and remove barriers, ensuring school leaders can remain focused on teaching, learning, and students.
