Office of Partnerships and Grants

Our staff identifies partnership and grant opportunities, manages donor relationships, and ensures all external funding aligns with district priorities. By partnering with the us, organizations can navigate the district more effectively, scale their impact, and ensure their contributions meet real, school-identified needs.

All partner work is aligned with four key student goal areas: Literacy, Math, College and Career Readiness, and Student Health and Well-being.

• Community Partners: Organizations providing ongoing, no-cost services throughout the school year.
• Community Circle Members: Organizations providing infrequent in-kind donations or material support (e.g., supplies).

1. Request for Qualifications (RFQ): New and returning Community Partners must submit an RFQ detailing their services and capacity.
2. Review and Approval: District and school leaders review applications.
3. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Approved organizations work with the office to develop an MOU for Board of Education approval.
   • Note: Returning partners from 2025–2026 must only complete an MOU renewal.

The office aims to create a seamless support system where school leaders feel confident that partnerships are well-managed, culturally responsive, and grounded in reciprocal trust. The ultimate goal is to ensure students receive coordinated support that directly contributes to their success.
