Ms. Marlayne Simpson
Ms. Marlayne Simpson is a Visual & Performing Artist who has spent over 20 years teaching in St. Louis Public Schools and the Metro East area. She taught Children's Theatre and was a member of the Katherine Dunham Center for Performing Arts (KDCPA), touring with the company throughout the midwest.
Ms. Simpson also developed and instructed classes in the arts for the Mayor's Office on Aging. Her Southside Senior Theatre Co. perofrmed on the radio, and even toured; performing as far as Atlanta, GA. for then Mayor Andrew Young.
She presently teaches Visual arts, including photography, to her students at ICA-Blewett.
