My name is Ravetta Jackson- Cornute.  I am the Academic Instructional Coach here at Bryan Hill Elem. School.  This is my 3rd year at Bryan Hill; however my 15th year in education at SLPS.  I am excited about this school year and all the great things our students will do. My role at Bryan Hill is to support the teachers and students by providing resources to teachers, work with the instructional leadership team to create our reading and math goals and incentives to help student reach their goal, look at the reading and math data so that students are receiving instruction based on their needs, and so much more.  I love being at Bryan Hill. 

We believe that all students can learn and become an important citizen of their community if given the right tools.  Here at Bryan Hill, we equip our students with the tools to be successful by providing meaningful and authentic instruction, a safe and loving atmosphere, and opportunities outside the classroom to display their skills.  We want our students to be the best and let them know we support them.  

I know that this time of the school year brought some change that we are still trying to get use to.  I am a parent in the district with children ranging from Early Childhood to High School and I am learning how to balance virtual school and work.  We will get through this time together since this is new for all of us.  Please know that the staff at Bryan Hill loves and misses our babies dearly.  Thanks for trusting us with your child.
