• OAK HILL ELEMENTARY - PHYSICAL EDUCATION

  • Dear Parents, 

    Welcome Back!!! My name is Aaron Arnold and I'm beginning my 5th year as the Physical Education teacher at Oak Hill Elementary. I can't wait to start another school year!

    In Physical Education it's expected that students come to learn, expect a challenge, and that students treat their peers with respect. At Oak Hill we strive to create a positive learning environment that nurtures student-growth and the kinesthetic learner, through cross-curricular activities.

    We will continue to incorporate health-education into our daily routine during the 2022-2023 school year. Student grades will be divided into three categories; participation, classwork (quizzes, handouts, group-work, etc.), and assessments (physical & written) - 70% of a student's final grade is participation.

    Co-Ed Soccer, Girls on the Run, and Open Gym will be offered this year as after-school programs; contact either myself, Ms. Wenger, or Ms. Fallon for more information regarding participation.
