     INTRODUCTION:

    Dr. Polkinghorne is an experienced workforce education and development educator, having trained more than 500 career and technical educators to develop, deliver, and evaluate instruction across 16 federally recognized career clusters.  He joined Gateway STEM High School to deliver business management education (CLICK HERE TO VISIT THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT WEBPAGE) and supervise JAGTOWN, a school-based enterprise (CLICK HERE TO VISIT JAGTOWN).   When not working to enhance quality educational programming, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and his two dogs (Izzabella) and (Madeline).

    Dr. Polkinghorne is currently taking coursework in Education Leadership with a focus on School Superintendency at Saint Louis University.
