Hello!  My name is Ally Wingert and I am the second grade teacher.  This is my third year at Lyon and my first year in second.  This is such a fun age with exploration and curiosity at the forefront of everything we do.  I am so excited for this year!

I am originally from a small town called Ozark, MO where I spent the first 18 years of my life.  I then continued my education at Westminster College in Fulton, MO.  After graduation, I moved to St. Louis and four years later, I am still here!

While I absolutely love teaching, I enjoy doing other things outside of work as well.  I love being outdoors; camping, hiking, kayaking.  I also enjoy spending time with my friends during book club, dinners, and movie nights.
