Hello! Welcome to Room 201 -Scholars XL! 

 My name is Kim White-Mengis and I will be teaching 5th Grade in Room 201. I have been teaching in the St. Louis Public Schools for 31 years. I have taught at many different schools during this time. I have taught at Humboldt AHL for the past 11 years. During this time, I have taught grade levels from 1st-5th and also as a Reading Specialist. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's Degree in Reading Curriculum and Development.

I have lived in St. Louis my whole life (except for when I attended college) and attended grade school and high school here. I have 2 sons, Zech and Matt. Zech graduated from Northwestern University and has a degree in Digital Media and Coding.  Matt is 18 years old and is a freshman at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville majoring in Computer Science.  I also have an Australian Cattle Dog named Byndie, who is full of energy and attitude. I enjoy hiking, disc golf, reading and writing. And BTS. 아포 방포
