Miss Kelly Mulderig

Miss Mulderig teaches English 4, Service-Learning, Media Literacy, and Poetry. She enjoys working with the upperclassmen at Carnahan High School of the Future! Born and raised in Saint Louis, Miss Mulderig is an alumna of Lindbergh High School. She earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree with concentrations in Business Administration, Education, and Psychology from the University of Mississippi and completed her Teacher Certification at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Before joining the Carnahan family, Miss Mulderig taught freshmen and junior English courses at Clyde C. Miller Career Academy and led a youth outreach nonprofit organization in Oxford, Mississippi and Chicago, Illinois. Outside of the classroom, Miss Mulderig enjoys the local arts and cultural scene, visiting with friends and family, and spending time with her rescued beagle, Waylon. She is completing her Master of Education in Seconday Education at the University of MIssouri - St. Louis and advises her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, at Washington University in St. Louis. Miss Mulderig feels honored to work with the students of Carnahan because they continuously challenge her thinking and shape her into a better teacher and human.
