My name is Kelly Carter and I am the 3rd grade teacher for Jefferson. I started at Jefferson in 2014 and have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. This is my second year teaching 3rd and I am so excited to get started! I have just received my Reading Certificate from UMSL and am currently working towards my Masters.

I am passionate about making connections with my scholars and I am ready to empower them with knowledge and self-love.
