    Hello, I'm Clarissa Ross; I teach Reading!

    As a Remedial Reading Teacher, my primary role is to provide support to students who are struggling with reading.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary/ Early Childhood from California University of Pennsylvania in California, PA; and received my Master of Science degree in School Administration from William Woods University in Fulton, MO.This is my first year at Lyon Academy. I have 12 years of teaching experience and 10 years of district level administration.  I have taught the following grade levels: Pre-K, Kindergarten, First and Third Grade.  I love to garden; and spend time with my family. 

    I pursued teaching to help others and to impact the lives of children in a way that changes our future for the better.
