Ms. Phelps

Welcome back to the 2022-2023 school year. My name is Ms. Phelps and I am the Reading Specialist at Herzog Elementary. I enjoy working with children to develop their reading skills because it will open doors and provide endless possibilities.

When I am not teaching, I love to explore the world through reading and traveling. I also love football and shopping!
