We hope each of you is staying healthy and safe during these times. Due to the city’s closures and restrictions, St. Louis Public Schools is working hard to provide your child with the necessary technology to access the Acellus Learning website and app from home. If you have any technological needs, please visit this site to provide us with details so we may assist you with those accommodations. Email Coach Sonchez (see below) for additional support with this process.
Please note: Your child is required to log in to his/her Acellus account daily (Monday – Friday) and to spend 1½ hours on each subject (i.e., math, science, reading/English, and social studies) for a total of 6 hours per day. Please let us know if you need your child’s Acellus account information (ID and password) or help with logging in.
If you have not yet provided us with a current email address and/or phone number, please do so.
Our team’s virtual office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are here to address your questions, comments, or concerns. Feel free to call or email us. Thanks for your patience, understanding, and cooperation during these exceptional times and circumstances. We will continue to communicate as we hear more information.
Ms. Ashley C. Moore
I am a native of St. Louis and proud graduate of SLPS (elementary, middle, and high school). Working with the district for more than four years has allowed me to reciprocate the care and instruction that was afforded to me as well as to help motivate our next generations and propel them forward. “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care."♥
Coach Sonchez Johnson
I have advocated for youth inside the classroom as well as on the athletic field for the past 25 years. My professional objective is to develop a social, support system where each student can mature into a life-long learner. "Let's work collaboratively to support each of our students' unique needs and ensure their success."
Mr. Sylvester L. McClain II
I have had the pleasure of serving the SLPS Community for 11 years through our Drop Out Prevention and Credit Recovery Programs. I spent my first eight years working in high schools and my last three in both elementary and high schools. I look forward to the continued success of the children I serve. “Failure is not an option when success is your determination.”
