BA Behavioral Science (San Jose State University) MA Teaching (University of Washington)

Mrs. Tracey Caldwell

I am very excited to be with you all, whether it is digitally or at a safe 6-feet distance!

A little bit about myself—I am originally from San Jose, CA and graduated with a BA in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University. In 2014, I moved to Seattle, WA where I went to University of Washington to get my masters in teaching. I have been teaching for 5 years, all of which was for 5th grade. My husband and I moved back to his hometown of St. Louis and this will be my first year teaching at Buder Elementary!

I am determined to do all that I can to educate students to help them be their best selves, whether from the classroom or from your homes. I strive to learn all that I can in order to best serve your student, especially with the people who know the student best: the students’ families! I hope to leave a very communicative relationship with families to keep you all informed of all the ongoing activities. This year will certainly bring about feelings of anxiety and stress, but I will be with you and your student every step of the way and learning will happen! Let the 5th grade journey begin!
