I grew up in Troy, Missouri but have always popped into St. Louis as much as possible because I love this city. After attending Washington University in St. Louis, where I studied Chemistry and German, I decided taht I wanted to be a teacher and help students find the same passion for science as I have. I joined Teach for America and refused to be placed anywhere but the St. Louis Public School district, since this is the community I know and love. I am currently working on getting my Masters of Art in Teaching from St. Louis University.
I spend most of my spare time with my family or my roommates. I enjoy watching movies and performances, or playing niche sports like rock climbing, disc golfing, and log rolling. I am new to the CVPA family, so I am not currently a part of any clubs or organizations. But, I look forward to hearing from you all about what the school needs and helping bring those visions to life!
