Hello! 

I am new this year to Dewey and I am very exctied to be here! I have a passion for everything sports and fitness related and I am looking forward to learning together in the gym. Developing healthy habits can be a life changing experience. I hope we can all learn and grow together this year and make it into the best year yet! 

I am from Utah and I have been living in Missouri for 1 year now. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a degree in Physical Education and Japanese. While there, I played lacrosse for 4 years and coached for the next 2 years. I also, took a 2 year break to move to Japan for a service mission. Physical fitness has always been an important part of my life and has helped me reach goals I never thought possible. I am so excited to share my passion with you this year!
