    Hi Parents and Students,

I pray that you are all staying safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty.  As you know we will begin the 2021-2022 school year differently than any other year in the past.  As a Carnahan Family we are well aware of the challenges starting the school.  However we want you to know that we are going to do all we can to ensure that your child gets an experience that improves the whole person from the social/emotional to academics to character.  We are here for you and will do all we can to make sure you and your family have a positive experience while attending Carnahan High School of the Future.

Carnahan students I love you all and I am hopeful that we will get another chance to celebrate life and achievements for the 2021-2022 school year in person!  You will overcome these challenges and excel at being a successful Carnahan student with high character.  I know you were excited to begin the school year in person but I know you will do your best to stay engaged virtually.  Remember everything that you do is important so be mindful of how you appear online!

Remember our 3 goals as a High School:

    • Attendance: Be available everyday online on Microsoft Teams from 8:15 am to 3:12 pm.  Be there for yourself and family during these times.  As a Carnahan Family it is vital for us to support one another and be of assistance to each other
    • Academics: We are excited to start another year improving in our academics.  We will always push for excellence in this area as it brings our school and students more post-secondary opporunities. In addition we will be offering more additional resources for all our students through ACT Aspire and ACT Academy.  Please visit links on our school webiste to access these resources
    • Character: The overall character of everyone is vital during these times especially in the virtual paltform.  Please make sure you are displaying great qualities and being mindful of all students online and being respectful. Remember during this time it is important to make sure you are mindful of the videos, comments, and language you post online.  Please do not offend anyone during these difficult times on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and any social media platform.

Be safe and make sure you are washing your hands daily and adhering to the COVID-19 Health Guidelines by CDC.

    Prayers and Blessings,

    Principal Jonathan Griffin
