Welcome to Ms. Duval's class! This is my third year teaching and I am so thrilled to continue my educational journey here at Carnahan High School. I became a teacher to instill a love of reading in my students. I believe that student choice in literature drives classroom engagement and creates a more positive atmosphere around the act of reading. This year I will be teaching African American Literature, AP Literature, and Creative Writing. The syllabi for each course can be found above.
