Dear Parents,

My name is Ms. Sandra Postol and I will be your child’s teacher this year. Ms. Richardson is my assistant. We look forward to meeting our new school friends. We hope that you and your child are anticipating a wonderful year.

*Our room logo is the butterfly. Enclosed is a butterfly cut-out that your child should wear during the first week of school. This will clearly identify your child’s classroom to all staff.

*It is very important that you send your child’s bus information with him/her during the first weeks of school.

*We will have a rest period every day. Your child may bring a small blanket and a stuffed animal for use during this time. We will send the blankets home every two weeks so that they can be washed. Do to space limitations, do not send a pillow. 

*Send your child to school every day with a book bag that is at least 9 1/2 inches by 12 inches in size. Your child will receive a school folder and be sure to check it nightly for important information.

*Please send a set of extra clothes in case of an accident.
