I was born and raised in a small town in northern Utah. I lived in Taiwan for two years after I graduated high school. I love to learn about language and its ability to connect us with others.  I graduated from Utah State University in 2020. I moved to St. Louis, MO in 2021 as my wife attends Washington University Law School. I am very excited to be teaching English this year to the wonderful students we have here at Sumner High School. My hobbies include fly fishing, hiking, carpentry, camping, and film photography.
