Hello! I am Erwin Smith, and I am one of the school counselors at Roosevelt High School for the 2023-2024 school year! 

This is my first year at Roosevelt High School and the beginning of my fourth year as a counselor. As a school counselor, my mission is to support and inspire each student to thrive, in school and in life. I am passionate about helping all students in their academic, college/career, and social/emotional development.

My Educational Background:

• Graduate Certificate in School Administration and Supervision (in-progress)
• Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction
• Post Master's in School Counseling
• Master of Education in Student Services and Counseling 
• Bachelor of Science in Sociology, 6-12 grade. 

In my personal time, I enjoy making memories with my family and friends, traveling, shopping, listening to music, volunteering, reading books, watching series on Netflix, walking my dog Wishbone, and eating.
