Registration begins on July 31, 2023.

9:00am to 1:00pm.

Please review the following documents that are required to register your child:

New Student: 

• Proof of residence,
• Birth certificate,
• Updated immunizations,
• Previous school record,
• Identification,
• IEP/Evaluation 
• 504 plan (if applicable)

Returning Student: 

• Proof of residence and
• updated immunizations
• 504 plan (if applicable)

Save and print the attached document to your right for registration.  After you have filled out the entire form, please report to the school and turn all documents over to the administration office to copy and to complete the registration.
